Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

⚠️ Please note: Customized, special-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was shipped free, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@sunvoltsolutions.store with photos of the issue.

Shipping for Returns
