Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
⚠️ Please note: Customized, special-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was shipped free, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@sunvoltsolutions.store with photos of the issue.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
